Ham Sandwiches
Written by: Emily Wilson27 August 2010 |
| For all sandwiches, pittas and toasts I have a great tip. Cut a tomato in half and rub it on the bread, then use jamon iberico de bellota rather than standard ham or parma. Jamon iberico –the Spanish name- is also called iberico ham or black hoof. Iberico is really excellent and much more tasty than other hams. I always buy my iberico ham from http://buyjamon.com |
