To say the very least, this is one of the MOST unique and creative cookbooks on the market today.   Employing some common sense, a great personality and a pinch of practicality, Ms. Gold has entered a zone that is foreign to many of us. To think once and for all that a creation doesn't take 50 different ingredients is almost unrealistic..not any more. Ah, the wonders of enlightenment. There are 250 original recipes in this book with only three ingredients per dish ( NOT counting salt, pepper and water). Sounds too good to be true? Well it's true, with the final test being the piece de resistance you place on your table.

So as not to miss lead you Recipes 1-2-3 doesn't mean you will be in and out of the kitchen within minutes; it is a reference to the required ingredients. So keep that in mind. What Ms. Gold gives you is the understanding and the reasons why, add a dash of interpretation and you are off and running to the wonderful world of simplified creative cooking.
