3 Chocolate Covered Strawberry Recipes

Two Chocolate Strawberries

Serves 4

Ingredients:
  • 3 1/2-ounces milk chocolate, cut into pieces
  • 1 quart strawberries, washed and dried
  • 1-ounce white chocolate, cut into pieces

Directions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the milk chocolate for 30 seconds; stir; continue heating for 30 seconds and stirring until smooth.
  2. Lay out a sheet of wax paper and dip each of the strawberries into the milk chocolate, laying them carefully onto the wax paper; let them sit for 30 minutes to set.
  3. Next, melt the white chocolate using the same procedure; use a spoon to drizzle the white chocolate over the strawberries.
  4. Let the strawberries sit for 2 hours to properly set; transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.

Dark Chocolate Pistachio Covered Strawberries

Serves 4

Ingredients:
  • 4-ounces good quality dark chocolate, cut into pieces
  • 1 quart strawberries, washed and dried
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachio nutmeats

Directions:
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the dark chocolate for 30 seconds; stir; continue heating for 30 seconds and stirring until smooth.
  2. Lay out a sheet of wax paper and dip each of the strawberries in the dark chocolate, laying them carefully onto the wax paper; immediately sprinkle the berries with the chopped pistachios.
  3. Let the strawberries sit for 2 hours to properly set; transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.

Coconut White Chocolate Strawberries

Serves 4

Ingredients:
  • 4-ounces white chocolate, cut into pieces
  • 1 quart strawberries, washed and dried
  • 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Directions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate for 30 seconds; stir; continue heating for 30 seconds and stirring until smooth.
  2. Lay out a sheet of wax paper and dip each of the strawberries into the white chocolate; roll in the coconut; carefully lay each one onto the wax paper.
  3. Let the strawberries sit for 2 hours to properly set; transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
