Mango, Coconut, and Lime Smoothie

Author Notes: The addition of lime brings a necessary edge to the creamy blend of coconut and mango in this delicious smoothie.
Ingredients: 1 mango, pitted and peeled
1/4 cup coconut cream
juice of 1 lime
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.  Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Variations:

mango, Coconut, Chile, and Lime Smoothie
-- Prepare the basic recipe, adding 1/2 seeded red chile before blending.

mango, Coconut, Mint, and Lime Smoothie -- Prepare the basic recipe, adding 8 fresh Mint leaves before blending.

mango, Coconut, Chile Mint, and Lime Smoothie -- Prepare the basic recipe, adding 1/2 seeded red chile and 6 fresh Mint leaves before blending.

mango, Coconut, Pineapple, and Lime Smoothie -- Prepare the basic recipe, omitting 1/2 the mango and replacing it with 1/2 cup peeled Pineapple chunks.
