This recipe is a spa cuisine favorite at The Oaks in Ojai and The Palms in Palm Springs/. While it was designed to top their Spa Banana Split, but it also works well as a dip for strawberries, topping for frozen yogurt or ice cream or folded into a whipped topping and served as a mousse. |

2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons carob powder 2 teaspoons arrowroot 3/4 cup hot water 1 tablespoon peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla |
