This is one of the best haunted guidebooks I have seen. It is obvious that the author has personally researched each of the thirty-nine inns profiled, and he writes in an informative and entertaining manner.

Spend the night with a ghost when traveling through Massachusetts (especially the Cape Cod area), Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. Each entry come with a history of the inn and the alleged ghost story, as reported by innkeepers and former guests. You'll also find lots of photos and maps as well as information to help you choose the right inn for your practical traveling needs.

Highly recommended as both a guide to hauntings and charming New England inns.
