Author Notes: If you've ever wanted to grow fresh herbs in your garden, or if you already have a garden that produces more herbs than you know what to do with, this book is for you. Authors Haas and Beane go through the fundamentals of growing herbs, then put together a delicious collection of recipes that use the garden's bounty brilliantly.
Ingredients: 4 (1-pound) fish fillets
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of garlic powder
1/4 ounce drained chopped mushrooms
1/8 teaspoon ground thyme
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
dash of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sprinkle fish with salt and garlic powder. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over fish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes with fork.
