This series of videos, produced for RV newbies, lacks slick production quality, but does impart an encyclopedic wealth of practical information. Even veteran RVers will likely pick up some new, insightful tips -- I know I did.
If you've never owned an RV before and are contemplating buying or renting one, check these tapes out first. After watching, you'll be up to speed with the ins and outs of RV travel, including: weights, safety, hitches, leveling, setting up, driving, parking, backing up, appliance operation, awning operation, proper packing techniques, the LP gas, water and electrical systems, winterizing your RV and more.
RV expert Mark Polk, a former RV technician who now writes for RV trade publications and conducts RV seminars, is skillful and knowledgeable. However, he's not a Hollywood star or a comedian, so don't expect the tapes to entertain you. He does, however, cover the basics thoroughly.
The following RV Education videos are currently available: Class A Motorhome Travel Trailer/5th Wheel Pop-Up Trailer Storing and Winterizing your RV.
The tapes can be ordered from Mark's website, www.rveducation101.com.
