| Instructions: |
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high flame. Cook the bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the green onions and garlic. Cook for about 1 minute. Add the tofu and turmeric. Stir and cook until the tofu is completely dry and warmed through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm with any desired extras, such as grated cheddar, salsa, grated Parmesan, and Italian parsley, or pumpkin seeds and hot peppers. |
