Some places are adventures by sheer virtue of their
location, or lack thereof. For instance, traveling to
Uzbekistan,
the Gambia
or Iran may not
be at the top of everyone's tourist picks, but these
obscure destinations are, in and of themselves, adventures.
Other trips qualify as adventures because of the activities
they involve. Not eveyone would choose to hike the Grand
Canyon, learn how to be a whitewater rafting guide or
cross a frozen tundra on a dogsled -- but the adventurous
traveler searches for just such opportunities.
We here at Fabulous Travel can relate. We need
no reason to travel other than "we've never been
there or done that before."
